Design Schemes

Choose from two different design schemes so that your apartment best matches your personal style — White Birch and Slate Gray.

Our White Birch design scheme features white cabinets with darker quartz countertops, while the Slate Gray design scheme features darker cabinets with white quartz countertops.

Backsplash and hardwood-style floors also differ slightly between the two design schemes.

Pet Policy


We welcome your furry family members! Cats and dogs are both allowed. No more than two pets per apartment, and dogs must weigh 75 pounds or less. Cats do not have to be declawed.

There is a one-time $350 pet fee per home, and pet rent is $25 a month per cat and $50 a month per dog.

Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German shepherds, pit bulls and Staffordshire terriers.

No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.
